Knoll Mental Health keeps you in mind.

Our Mission

Our mission at Knoll Mental Health is to create an environment that promotes growth and healing through inner strength and acknowledging resilience through adversity. We work with individuals, couples, and families from school age to adulthood. Our clinicians practice through a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, neuro-affirming and strength-based lens. We value education and the need to create positive and intentional spaces that allow clients and clinicians to lean into vulnerability and grow through what challenges them. Our goal is to provide an educational environment for pre-licensed clinicians to learn the tools necessary to provide a high standard of ethical mental health care thus allowing for therapy to be affordable to the communities we serve.

Services Offered

Individual, couples and family therapy

We believe you are the expert of your life and our goal is to help guide you to uncover your inner strength. We utilize a trauma-informed approach that emphasizes compassion and creating supportive environments, building trust and collaboration to help people heal and grow at their pace.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a great place to build a support system with others who have been through or share similar experiences. We understand that it can be intimidating to join a support group at first, so there is no pressure to be talkative right away. Find your comfort zone. We would love to help you feel supported and safe in our group space.
