Educational Workshops 

Educational workshops for mental health professionals, community members and workplaces. Book a speaking engagement or training for your workplace on mental health awareness, support services or LGBTQIA2S+ competency. 

Topics Covered in Trauma-Informed Presentations

Mental Health Awareness

Recognize warning signs, identify coping skills and resources, learn ways to communicate and support loved ones, and basic information on common diagnoses (depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, ADHD, autism, etc.) Other topics can be presented by request. 

LGBTQIA2S+ Competency 

These trainings include knowledge on vocabulary, sexual and gender identities, pronouns, relationship dynamics, gender and sexuality affirming language to use as an ally, trauma-informed best practices and common mental health stressors in the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Introductory training on creating LGBTQIA2S+ affirming workplace environments are available all year. 

Intimate Partner Violence

A trauma-informed approach to learning about the signs and behaviors in unhealthy relationship dynamics. Learn about the power and control wheel and cycle of violence that perpetuates coercive control. Understand ways to support clients and loved ones who are in, wanting to leave, or have left an abusive relationship. 

Clinical Consultation

A confidential, trauma-informed safe space to seek support and consult with other clinicians on challenging cases. 

Clinical Consultation Group

Any licensed or pre-licensed clinician with an active BBS number is welcome to attend this consultation group for free.
